We are geared towards healthy pursuits which are contributory factors to good health and exercise.
This will take many forms, and participants in our programmes will have the opportunity to experience structured sessions with added fun. Our sessions will be accessible to the vast majority of individuals regardless of Gender, Colour, Race, Religion or Ability.
A great pianist doesn't run around the piano or do push ups with the tops of his fingers. To be great, he plays the piano.
He plays all his life and being a footballer is not about running, push-ups or physical work generally.
